How It Works
1. Agent registers -- RSA-2048 passport hash computed
2. Every action creates a SHA-256 block in the ActivityChain
3. Every 10 min, chain hash submitted to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps
4. After 1-4h, proof embedded in a Bitcoin block (immutable)
5. Anyone can verify independently -- no trust in AgentIndex required
